Free UK delivery on every order

Every Loopy Booch order ships free, whatever the size. We've built the cost of postage into our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

How we send your order

We use Royal Mail and DPD, and every parcel goes out on a tracked next-day (24-hour) service. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking details.

When we dispatch

To keep your Loopy Booch fresh, we pack and post orders on set days rather than every day. Here's when your order will leave us:

Thursday, Friday, the weekend, or Monday before 12pm	Monday	Tuesday
Monday after 12pm, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 12pm	Wednesday	Thursday
Wednesday after 12pm	Thursday morning	Friday

That means every order is dispatched within 3 working days, and most much sooner.

If a dispatch day falls on a bank holiday, we'll post your order on the next working day instead.

Why we don't post on Fridays

Kombucha is a living drink, and it's happiest kept cool and moving. A parcel posted late in the week can easily get held up and spend the weekend sitting in a warm depot or van. By sending everything out early in the week, your order spends as little time in transit as possible and arrives tasting just as it should.

Where we deliver

We deliver across most of mainland UK. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live.

A small number of postcodes, usually remote or island addresses, either aren't covered by our couriers' next-day service or cost far more than usual to reach. If your address is one of these, we'll get in touch before sending anything. If we can't find a sensible way to get your order to you, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.

International delivery

Sorry, we don't currently ship outside the UK.
